Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of this website only. They are short because this website does very little: it describes a marketplace we are building and lets you join a waitlist.
1. The marketplace is not live
TIC is pre-launch. Nothing on this site is an offer to buy or sell anything. There are no listings, no orders, no payments, and no vendor accounts. Everything described on the home page — video listings, bulk ordering, logistics coordination — describes what we intend to build, not a service you can use today.
The phone mockup on the home page is an illustration. The product, price, and vendor shown in it are not real.
2. Joining the waitlist
Joining either waitlist is free and creates no contract between us. It does not reserve inventory, guarantee you a vendor slot, guarantee pricing, or oblige either of us to do business when TIC launches.
Please submit accurate details, and only submit someone else's contact details if you are authorised to do so. We may remove entries that appear to be spam or automated.
You can ask to be removed at any time — see the Privacy Policy.
3. What we say about future terms
Commercial terms for using the marketplace — commission rates, vendor obligations, buyer protections, returns, cancellation, and dispute handling — do not exist yet. They will be published before launch, and you will need to accept them separately at that point. Nothing said on this site or in waitlist correspondence commits us to any particular rate or term.
4. Intellectual property
The TIC name, logo, and the content of this site belong to TIC THE INDIAN COMMERCE PRIVATE LIMITED. Please do not copy or reuse them without our permission. You may of course link to this site.
5. Availability and accuracy
We provide this site as-is. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove any part of it — including this page — at any time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this pre-launch site.
6. Third-party services
Waitlist submissions are delivered through Web3Forms, and web fonts are served by Google Fonts. Those services have their own terms, which we do not control.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
